In The Art of Leading Worship I, Rev. Dick Grout draws from his many years as a worship leader and teacher with Elim Bible Institute to provide an excellent beginner’s guide for the subject of worship and the worship service. Beginning with a strong foundation regarding the motivation and heart of the worship leader, Rev. Grout covers both the spiritual and the practical aspects of leading the people of God into worship. 

Rev. Dick Grout has dedicated much of his Christian life to the study and leadership of worship. He has been serving as the Director of Music and Worship at Elim Bible Institute since 1989. Rev. Grout and his wife, Marji, offer seminars to help churches and individuals clarify their philosophy of worship and deepen their worship experience. Rev. Grout and Marji make their home in Lima, New York.
